About the Brasfibra

Created in 2013, Brasfibra is a young company, but with “Know how” in the wood market since 1986.

To achieve this, in addition to investing approximately R$40 million in cutting-edge technology for the new production plant, it was necessary to seek highly qualified professionals and manage a self-sufficiency policy, where social and environmental responsibility provided the perfect environment to produce with high performance and sustainability.

Such investments result in a high quality product at an affordable price and, most importantly: it does not harm our planet.

A company that is still young, but with a lot of responsibility and room to grow, offering a product with an increasingly profitable cost-benefit ratio for each of our customers.

Fiberboard Brasfibra

Produced 100% with planted eucalyptus wood, Brasfibra Fiberboard presents, in addition to high quality, good resistance to humidity. An elaborate and detailed production process guarantees the resistance and durability of the final product.

Compared to natural wood, fiberboard is more homogeneous and uniform, which is why it accepts a greater number of finishes such as painting, printing, lacquering, among others.

Use in different niches

The high quality and low cost enable the use of fiberboard in various niches, being used in the manufacture of wooden doors, in the manufacture of furniture, for the palletization of products, in partition panels, in the automobile industries (internal lining of vehicles ), packaging, toys, image and sound, in fruit and vegetables and also in construction.

Our production

After collecting eucalyptus from reforested fields, the defibration process is carried out, thus extracting the wood fiber, the raw material for our panels. The moistening process then begins to prepare the material for gluing.

Bonding occurs thermomechanically, through exposure of the fibers to high temperature and pressure. The process takes place without the addition of synthetic resins because lignin itself, a resin found in eucalyptus, is responsible for uniting the fibers.

During drying, the material intertwines. This process is called Crosslinking and guarantees greater durability and moisture resistance for fiberboard.

Concern for the environment

Concern for the environment is a constant in each stage of our production, from the extraction of raw materials in planted forests, to the care with the reuse of water, always returned clean to nature. Our effluent treatment plant has the capacity to treat sewage from a city of approximately 40,000 inhabitants.

With raw materials closer, your company goes further!

Located in the city of Bituruna-PR, Brasfibra is located in an important production hub for wooden doors and furniture, which speeds up logistics, thus reducing deadlines and costs.

Its strategic position allows the company to serve the entire country, especially the south, southeast and mid-west regions, enabling fast deliveries and offering a new quality option in the wood fiber board market.
